Becca has spent over a decade building and scaling products across Big Tech and startups.

I’ve worked at a seed-stage investor and startups ranging from 5 to 250 people before joining Amazon. These experiences have given me a deep understanding of navigating diverse product lifecycles and company stages. Through it all, my focus has remained on truly understanding users—their needs, frustrations, and workflows.

I founded Wise Design to combine my passion for design and research. At the end of the day, I just want to do good work with good people.

Originally from the East Coast, I now feel lucky to call Seattle home. When I’m not working, you can find me exploring the beautiful Pacific Northwest with my husband and kids.
